LATE CANCELLATION FEE ​ Life happens sometimes, I understand! That's why I allow cancellations at no charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, there will be a 25% charge to the card on file. This is to ensure we're honoring your stylist for the time that was blocked out for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding with this. ***This also includes rescheduling and/or reduction of services*** ​ If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible by calling or emailing. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, this will cut into our appointment time and we will need to skip certain portions of the service accordingly. If you are going to be later than 20 minutes to your scheduled time this will count as a late cancellation and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In this case, you would be charged the late cancellation fee prior to re-booking your appointment. ​ NO SHOW FEE ​ If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel day of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge to your card based off of your scheduled service's base rate. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES All of our services are non-refundable. However, we want you to feel comfortable with your new color. If any adjustments are needed, please reach out within 7 days from your service. We will consult again and come up with a plan to get your hair back on track! ​
